Files App and OneDrive syncing issues

The Files App often has this problem when using the OneDrive folders:


When viewing folders, sometimes I get "Content Unavailable, The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error. 'Try Again' " When selecting 'Try Again' nothing changes.

iPad is using the latest iOS version 13.5.1


But when using OneDrive app everything is fine. Also, third party Folder like app Documents doesn’t have a problem seeing OneDrive folders.

I’ve tried closing folder app and restarting iPad and nothing changes.


Also, I do not encounter this problem on my iPhone, only iPad Pro.


Any ideas how to solve this?

Hello,


Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
