Is there any way to show all the formulas in Numbers cells? Sometimes I need to show how I derived results for clients and I'd like to have the formulas for each cell all appear on one sheet that I can PDF to send them.

Only if you do them one at a time. But doing so converts the formula to text in the cell, it is no longer a formula, it becomes text in the cell (just like it says). That will have a major effect on any cells that depend on that one as an input.
When editing the formula, click on the little down arrow next to the fx and choose "Convert Formula to Text in Cell". To convert the text back to a formula, type an = in front of it.
