When I set an alarm I’m not seeing the alarm symbol in the top right hand corner of my screen (next to the battery level icon). It was there on my old iPhone 6s, but it isn’t there now on my new iPhone SE. How do I get this symbol to show when I set an alarm?

It sounds like you're no longer seeing the alarm icon in the status bar on your iPhone SE.
Have you tried restarting yet? If not, try that now: Restart your iPhone. Also, if you delete the current alarm and try setting a new one, do you still not see the alarm icon?
