Screen Recording

Hi everyone. I screen recorded something for my job. There is no sound. I am wondering if I can get the sound after the screen recording is already done and saved. I have the video of the screen recording but just no sound. Is there any way I can get the sound from the screen recording??

It isn't possible to get it back if it has been recorded without sound.
