MacBook & hard drive

My MacBook can read my hard drive, but I can't transfer anything to it. My memory is full so I would like to put some things on my disk. How do I do this?

By "memory is full" are you referring to the storage space on your notebook? If so, see if the following article can help:

If you have and use an external storage drive, that may be useful;

however you've said little about your Mac & drive configurations.


Larger external drives could be good; to free up working space in

the Mac. Some of those may run another system, from such drives.

[Examples of suitable drives + some upgrade for internals: OWC.]
