XS Screen Issue

Have an XS, the left edge of the screen is unresponsive (can use left side of “keyboard”. I have done a reset and even with no success...any ideas? Had to switch to one hand keyboard which is not ideal. Any suggestions accepted.

Keyboard and monitor The keyboard has been unresponsive at the beginning of the purchase, and the 5 button is almost unusable at present.Last week I tried to press the 5 button and the whole screen went dark.
