Why am I getting charged for songs individually when I bought the Apple Music subscription?

Perhaps you are buying purchased tracks when what you really wanted was to download subscription tracks for offline listening? Make sure you understand the difference:

Add and download music from Apple Music or buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
