my wife's phone has the same apple ID as my phone. I never created a second unique ID for her when she first got her phone 10 years ago. She would now like to have her own apple ID. How do I create a new ID and transfer over all the current information on her phone to her new ID?

Keep in mind that some things available under a first Apple ID will not be available under a new Apple ID. For example, you won’t be able to transfer anything purchased from the App and iTunes Stores to the new ID. And, there are other issues to be addressed.
