Why is the calculator not an option to add to control center in settings?

I am on a 6th gen iPad Pro and calculator is gone from the swipe down menu after updating.


I go go to settings>control center>customize and calculator is not an option to add to the control center!


Getting rid of it on the swipe menu was a horrible design decision but not allowing it to be added back is beyond me!

Unlike an iPhone, a Calculator App has never been a native component of iOS/iPadOS for iPad. As such, it hasn’t disappeared during an update - it was never present.


If you need a Calculator App for iPad, there are many third-party Apps in the Apple App Store - some free, some paid. Here is an example of one of the better free options:
