Please help

How do I link and recover my old photos from an old iCloud account that I can’t log into. I went from iPhone to android now back to iPhone in the last six months and I’m on my last iPhone I had a replaceable pictures of my daughter and my grandmother

Do you remember the Apple ID & password to your account?
