Do you mean to read and write data to and from the SIM card? If so, note that the iPhone does not store user data on the SIM card. The only data it would access is if the SIM card was originally from a non-Apple phone and has contacts. In that case see: Import contacts from your SIM card to your iPhone - Apple Support
