Tell me how to get siri to respond to me by name. (I've already set my name AND nickname)

Tell me how to get siri to respond to me by name. (I've already set my name AND nickname, but Siri NEVER uses either).

When I ask Siri directly, it replies with my name and my nickname, but when I issue a command or ask a question Siri never replies using either as part of the response. How do I fix this? This is true on all my mobile devices - iPad 7, iPad Pro 12.9 (gen 2), iPhone 5, iPhone 8.
