My iPhone was stolen and now it says find my iPhone has been turned off as well as locations . Does that mean I’ll never find it

My iPhone can’t be tracked on find my iPhone anymore,it says location services are off . Does that mean I’ll never be able to track it ?


When i I first logged it it should me the battery life then after like 2 seconds it said location services are off and “no devices”
