can I have2 seperate Apple ID? So iPad and iPhone do not sync? Also what do I do to unsync and get a seperate ID? Is this the only way to have seperate devices ? Thanks in advance and sorry for so many questions in 1 post

You can change the Apple ID for your iPad. Once you have two separate Apple IDs for each device then you will have stopped the overlap of data and communication between the two.
