Hi, I have more then enough space on my phone as well as on iCloud, however it will not allow me to backup the phone to iCloud or run any apps. It keeps saying that space is full. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you in advance! (When trying to backup, phone is plugged and running on WiFi).

Thank you for a prompt reply, however I’ve looked at all of these options and nothing is happened. I even went into iCloud and tried uploading directly from my phone but it only uploaded about 2% of all of my photos and it would not upload videos at all.
Did you look at the first link I provided on clearing out your iCloud storage?
