I am from the Philippines. I just got my new notebook and I've received an email from Apple TV that I can claim Apple TV+ for a year. I clicked the link (Accept 1 year free) provided in the said email and it redirects to Apple TV app and it's not working, it only leads me to Apple TV homepage and shows a Try it free button with caption 7 days free, then ₱249/month. How can I claim the 1 year free Apple TV+? Thanks!

You need to sign in with the same Apple ID you used to set it up, top right of page (tv.apple.com) I believe. Once you do that, the 7 day offer should go away and recognize you’r subscription
If you’re running MacOS Catalina you can use the TV App.
When I download a movie on my iPhone it will not transfer to the television on Apple TV app which I have a subscription to and it’s not working
