Did not order Apple Tunes

I was sent a receipt for Apple Tunes today. I did not order that. I think I managed to cancel on my phone but would like a refund of the $9.99 if it was charged to me today. I am wondering how that happened?

If the receipt was sent as an email make sure it is actually from Apple, and verify if you were actually charge on your account or associated credit card statement.


Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


See here to find all charges on your Apple ID: See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If the charge is actually real: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
