Update to 10.15.5

I have Mac OS Catalina, 10.15.3. I have tried multiple times to first get 10.15.4 and now 10.15.5. I have followed the instructions as written in this article and no matter how many times I have done it, the computer has the same OS. What's wrong?

Do you get any error messages?

Have you tried downloading the combo update and install from that?
