If I have not backed up my iPhone in a couple months will all my old photos restore.

Please asking for help. My phone is not able to come on and I don't want to restore it without making sure all my previous photos can be saved and not lost. My screen is frozen and stuck on the apple logo.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

If you were syncing photos with iCloud, they aren't included in your backup. If you weren't syncing photos with iCloud, the backup should include any photos you had when the backup was made. Photos taken after the backup was made won't restore.
