Screen popped on my Apple Watch

As it is likely my handed-down series 3 ceramic watch is out of warranty (website only lists the one-year limited, but I’ve seen a three-year extension be put on the swollen battery, popped screen issue... not sure if mine would even fall under that)...

Can a popped screen be repaired?
