Apple app won't open on Samsung tv

I can't open the apple app on my TV . Other apps open so it's not an issue with my TV. I'm using a Samsung TV and it's also not even allowing me to uninstall the app because as soon as I click it it just flashes briefly but won't open up any options. I tried to reboot the tv and that has done nothing

Any advice please?
