I set up my new phone using my husbands account by accident. How can I remove all of his information?

Can I delete the information from my husbands account from my phone?

Yes, you can restore as new -> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Then start and configure the iPhone with your Apple ID.
