how do u switch32 bit apps to 64bit app with MAC os catalina upgrade

You'll have to update to a 64 version if it's available or upgrade to a 64 version (either free or purchase if available) or find an alternative.

You contact the 32 bit app developers and ask them if they have a 64 bit version of the app.
