I'm trying to switchover to a new phone. i tried to back up to itunes on our home computer (my wife's appleid) but it says that my phone is supervised by another computer so it can't access it.
I've never hooked my phone to a computer so I don't know why it's saying that, but regardless, I want to back up to itunes so I can then download onto the new phone.

It is still registered to their management system.
If your phone is supervised, that means it's registered with Apple's business manager program and is locked to a corporate MDM.
Where did you get the phone?
Did you allow your employer to install a management profile on your device?
