Apple TV app has stopped working on Samsung tv. I have checked the software and it’s all up to date

Does anyone know how to get the Apple TV app working on Samsung smart tv?

it was working fine. But today it just will not open. I’ve checked the software and tried restarting the tv.

Its an issue on Samsung's side. There is no fix at this time.

According to posts on Samsung's support forum, Samsung is working on a fix.
