Blocking phone numbers

Is there a way to block entire exchanges used by spammers? Like 803-629-xxxx

I would only let contacts through if they had that area code and prefix. That would stop so many spam calls!!!

This isn't what you are looking for but the new feature in iOS 13 does an outstanding job for me. Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
