Bluetooth

I am not able to use bluetooth on my macbook air. I have tried deleting the plist files and it still shows that bluetooth is not available. What do i do?

I am still not able to open the debug menu...it says i have to press shift+option then click on the bluetooth icon...i tried it and nothing is opening
