Not charge fast after 80 percent
My iPhone XR is 95 percent battery health but 0 to 80 is good fast charge but after 80 percent push to charge it is very slow to charge after 80 percent. It takes two hours time 80 to 100 percent

That is by design. Apple calls it trickle charging.
