I've been using iMovie and Photos for years. Started a new iMovie project, and iMovie doesnt list my Photos library in My Media. It is my Photos system library. Photos is not selectable in Syst Preferences/Privacy/Photos. I am using iMovie 10.1.12 and Photos 3.0 Any ideas?
I've restarted several times.

Try System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy and click on Automation in the side bar. In the side panel to the right Photos should be listed under iMovie. Put a check in the Photos box.

Thanks! I tried the suggestion of starting iMovie with Cmd & Option key down and was able to proceed as usual.

Thanks, but my /Privacy window does not show anything except Mimeo Photos as an app to share my Photos library, and there are no options to choose more.
This won't let me post a screen shot...
