Can I use Time Machine to back up 2 different physical drives on my 2012 Mac Pro running High Sierra?
If so, how?
I have 2 drives - 1 of personal files, & 1of audio recordings, & I want to back them both up to 1 backup drive (partitioned into 2 sections).
You don't need to do anything, all drives not specifically excluded in Sys Prefs>Time Machine>Options will be backed up.

No if you bring different Partitions into it thenI'd recommend these 2 Apps, but no need for separate partitions...

2 separate (physical) drives, each being backed up to a separate partition of a single larger drive.
