turning bluetooth on

Does anyone know how to turn bluetooth on when rebooting doesn't work? I have a MacBook pro Mojave OS? I'm also getting an error message that my audio isn't working when I'm on zoom. Thankfully it is, but there is something going on.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

Hold the Shift Option keys and click open the BT icon in the upper right menubar>Debug>Reset

If it does not come back to life
