iPhone is disabled.

Hello, I’m posting on another account in regards to an iPhone/iTunes account of mine. Yesterday, out of no where, the iPhone disabled itself. Constantly displays the message “”iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes”. Simple enough, so I do just that. However, with two step verification, iTunes insist on sending a verification text to that phone, however the phone won’t display it because it’s disabled. It pings the message alert, and I can confirm the phone received it, but I cannot get into the phone. This literally, as far as I know, completely blocks my access into iTunes. Phone calls work, however there are no phone call validation options, only text. Where do I go from here?
