Airpod

My right AirPod isn’t working. I have disconnected and reconnected. Removed and placed back on phone. I have charged them as well.

VERY disappointed that Apple as NOT ISSUED an update to 3.8.8 to resolve the disconnecting problem for the aipods 1 ????????
