battery

Hello,

I have an Iphone 6s for almost 3 years now, and I was very happy with it until last two software updates. Since 13.5.1, my battery drained from 81% to 79% and now it says it needs service, and this all in 3 weeks. Next to this the phone started having problems, like apps not working properly and all the annoying stuff everyone is trying to avoid by not buying an Android phone. Now, lets say the apps problems do not bother me that much ,but the battery problem is a real issue.

I talked to Apple support and they said: phone is old, you need to replace it or the battery ... seriously?! My phone worked perfectly until I did the software update.

Help me!

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

It's old. Rechargeable batteries do not last forever.

Get the battery replaced or buy a new phone.
