Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

We keep getting a call that the I cloud was breached. I do not want to call back on the same line because it may be spam or have to do with an expensive solution we don’t want or can’t afford.

We keep getting an 800 number call saying that our I cloud was breached. I am writing here because I don’t know if the call is spam or legitimate. We don’t want spam nor expensive solutions

Apple will never "cold call" a customer with that, or any other information. Ignore all such calls/block the numbers.
