activation lock

After completing the above instructions my ipad is activation lock. i do not have the apple Id that it shows

How do i change the ID?

Activation lock I have an ipad 2 that I want to use but the friend I got it from doesn't know the apple id that was used to set it up initially. How can I remove the activation lock and use my apple id?
