If I have a family music plan, can multiple people stream music to different devices at the same time? I currently subscribe to Spotify and we can only listen to music one one device at a time. With Apple Music, I'm wondering if my wife can listen to her music on her device at the same time I'm listening to music on my device with the family plan, or if we're limited to streaming on only one device at a time.

Yes. With Family Sharing you each have your own Apple ID, but you can share purchases. For more information, follow the links in this article:
