Phone call
I just received a phone call from a 1(877) # telling me that my apple account might have been compromised and to stop using any financial information through my phone until I connect with Apple ... is this a scam? Or legit?
It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem with your account you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging in to this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
