Battery not charging while plugged in

I have been having this issue too. It will say it is at 100% and then slowly start dropping in percentage til it gets to 90% and then start charging again. I believe it is the new Battery Health Management thing but I really would like a conformation on that to know for sure and that there isn't something wrong with my barely 2 weeks old MacBook.

This is expected behaviour from the new battery management.
