How to transfer iTunes music from PC to iPhone?

I copied my old CD's to iTunes on my PC. How do I now get them into iTunes on my iPhone 8 Plus?

I did it years ago on my iPhone 4, but not getting it when I try on my iPhone *.

Software is up to date.
