I have tried all the suggestions to fix this issue. The phone disconnects from any audio I try to connect to: (Phone, spotify, music) then after it disconnects, it pairs again with the phone.

Thanks for the reply. But this issue works in the house, in the car, in the country on a bike path Bluetooth headphones will not stay connected making a phone call listening to Spotify etc.
iPhone 6s disconnects from bluetooth everytime I try to play music, place a call, etc.
