iPhone is unlock. but sim not valid when we put sim on SIM card tray

If the message you are getting is longer than SIM not valid and mentions not being a hardware error then your iPhone is not unlocked.

The phone is not unlocked.

Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

If you paid an unlocking service to do so, you got ripped off.
