I can’t receive incoming calls or texts

Ever since I updated my iPhone 11 I can’t receive incoming calls or texts. Has anyone else had this issue if so how do I fix? I went as far as to reset the phone.

Can you make calls and send texts? Have you tried contacting your carrier to see if there is a connection problem?
