While deleting the email account, even the contents and all mails got deleted, and I do not have a back up in the webmail server. Is there any way to get these important mails restored? Also like to know if Time Machine back up (though 4-5 months old) will have the mail back up

Time Machine does backup email. If you open Mail, then open Mail Help from the Help menu, then you can search for how to restore email from a Mail account.
It's from Mail. There is a Help menu in the Mail application. It contains instructions on recovering data from a Time Machine backup.
