I. Where Did you Get this Card?

• Retailer:

If you purchased it from a retailer, then take it back and request a new card, this time adding it right then-and-there at the cash register after the transaction goes through.

• Online?

If you purchased this on a Web site (i.e. eBay), then view the Terms & Conditions, seeing if the user can be held responsible for fraud.

• In-Person?:

If you purchased this in-person, then there may be nothing you can do about this :(
