Problem with paying

Hi!

I have an issue where I purchased something on web and after weeks of waiting it says it’s still pending however it already charges my bank account the moment I purchased. I tried everything that this community or apple suggested and nothing worked. I’m starting to get worried.

Thank you for writing! I did sing out and then back in on Apple ID and it did not help unfortunately. I contacted the person / (company) where I ordered something. One did not even reply to me, (so I think I got scammed or something but I am not letting go so easy...) the other told me It is just because of the virus situation.
