What is the "ghost screen issue"?
Yes I have already sent my mobile to Apple for repair using the Mail-in service but got returned back saying no issue found that does not make sense I don’t think they even tested the issue .

The display, or part of the display, does not respond or responds intermittently to touch and the display reacts even though it was not touched
