Can I use MacBook Pro for commercial use?

Hi,

I need to know whether or not I can use Apple Software, such as Safari and MacOs (catalina) itself for commercial-use (for work, freelance commercial profit projects, etc..).

I have confusion because of what I read in SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR macOS Catalina:

B. Mac App Store License. If you obtained a license for the Apple Software from the Mac App Store or through an automatic download, then subject to the terms and conditions of this License and as permitted by the Services and Content Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/) (“Usage Rules”), you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license:

(i) to download, install, use and run for personal, non-commercial use, one (1) copy of the Apple Software directly on each Apple-branded computer running macOS Mojave, macOS High Sierra, macOS Sierra, OS X El Capitan, OS X Yosemite, OS X Mavericks, OS X Mountain Lion or OS X Lion (“Mac Computer”) that you own or control;

Can you make it clear what does that mean?

Does this mean that I can't browse Safari for commercial projects I work on?

Or does that mean I can't even use my MacBook for work or for such, commercial, projects? (without violating the license agreement).

Please, if someone have information about this, it would be a big help If you would make it clear.

Thank you in advance!

Millions of products, apps, embedded systems would not exist if the development platform (Macs) could not be used to develop them. You can not resell or distribute the MacOS or Apple apps. Why would you even ask? What platform do you think apps and other products are built with?

Thank you for your answer!

Maybe I didn't make it clear why I'm interested, so I will try to put it differently:

Despite how many users are doing so or otherwise, is it violation of the aforementioned software agreement to use Apple Software (Safari, Mac OS, etc.) to build commercial products without the need of purchasing any additional license(s)?
