I just bought a used Apple Watch,but the previous owner did not turn off activation lock. What to do?

I just bought an Apple Watch that has activation lock enabled. Previous owner will not unlock. Why do I do?

Then you got scam. Only the rightful owner can release the Activation Lock.

Try get your money back since nobody can help you, not even Apple.
