Purchase of an app through my account

That looks very fake.

Unless you see the charge reflected on your payment method's statement, or in your Apple ID purchase history, its a scam trying to get you to disclose your account or payment details. You can safely ignore it.

This could be SPAM. However, to be on the safe side, you should do the following:

1. Immediately, change your Apple ID password.
2. Request a refund for this purchase. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

That’s not a legitimate receipt from Apple. That’s a scam. Check your Apple ID account to be sure.
